PMI Day: Students of the I.T.S. “Giuseppe Morosini” from Ferentino visiting the Aviorec Composites plants

About 40 students from the “Don Giuseppe Morosini” Technical Institute in Ferentino, accompanied by their teachers, visited the Aviorec Composites plant in Anagni yesterday – Friday 18 November 2022 – on the occasion of the PMI Day which –
2010 – sees every year the small and medium-sized enterprises associated with Unindustria open their doors to young people for guided tours and meetings.

Having arrived at the company in the middle of the morning, the very young visitors were first able to attend an introductory lesson in the classroom with Eng. Gennaro Esposito, project-manager of Aviorec, then – after a short break – they went to visit the company’s production plants.

Also with them was Jacopo Recchia, CEO of Aviorec Composites, and Gianluigi Pezzulo, president of the Small Industry Committee of Unindustria Frosinone: “PMI Day – explained Gianluigi – is a meeting point for young students, who represent the our future, and business, with all its protagonists: entrepreneurs and their collaborators who every day put their energies, passion and ability into play to create products of excellence and new opportunities for development, employment and well-being for all. Pmi day is also an institutional moment of Unindustria to celebrate the constant collaboration between companies and local institutes. In fact, it is very important for Unindustria to be able to bring these two worlds into contact and the PMI Day has precisely this purpose”.

“It is an honor for our company to receive a visit from these guys – said Jacopo Recchia – PMI Day is an extraordinary initiative designed to help spread awareness of the productive reality of companies, the opportunities they can offer and their commitment daily in favor of growth, through a moment of direct experience in the company and meeting its protagonists; and we were absolutely delighted to participate.”

The initiative – we recall – received the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Ministry of Education and the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces and is included in the Corporate Culture Week organized by Confindustria and in the European SME Week promoted by the European Commission.
