Aviorec boasts an innovative and fully equipped Laboratory to carry out chemical, physical and mechanical tests for the purpose of certifying materials (prepregs, adhesives, foams, etc.), processes and products according to international standards and customer’s specifications.

The main tests performed are:

Calculation of the resin content and density by calcination

Calculation of the resin content and density by sulphuric acid and hydrogen peroxide digestion

Calculation of the resin content and density by nitric acid digestion

DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry)

Mechanical testing (traction, bend, compression, etc.)
